Risk Management emerged as Aveade's strongest area, achieving an impressive 94.3% score.
The assessment highlighted, Strong internal controls, Formal risk assessment processes, Consistent monitoring and testing procedures, No significant incidents reported during the review period

Sales and Marketing Relationships - 88.6%
Aveade also achieved an exceptional 88.6% score in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
The assessment identified: A documented marketing strategy, Active competitor analysis, Customer relationship management systems in operation and Strong commercial planning processes.
The programme further acknowledged Aveade's ability to generate and manage business opportunities while recommending continued refinement of customer segmentation and sales pipeline management.
Digital and Systems Readiness - 80%
One of the most significant findings of the assessment was Aveade's level of digital maturity.
The report states that Aveade has implemented integrated digital automation across its operations and has moved beyond simply adopting technology to embedding it within its operating model.

The report recommended strengthening financial documentation and formalising additional financial systems to further enhance procurement readiness.
Service Cabability - 70%
Aveade performed well in demonstrating its ability to service customers and manage commercial relationships.
The assessment recognised: Strong disclosure practices, Established client relationships and Positive supplier qualification positioning
Recommendations focused on strengthening project completion documentation and reference management to support future procurement applications.
Governance and Human Resources - 63.3%
The report identified governance and human resource practices as a developing strength for the organisation.
Recommendations included: Expanding governance documentation, Enhancing human resource evidence records and Continuing leadership and compliance development initiatives
The programme team noted that Aveade is already close to achieving higher procurement-readiness thresholds within this category.

Aveade's operational capabilities were recognised through: Quality assurance processes, Structured operational reviews and Industry participation and professional engagement
The assessment recommended introducing additional preventative maintenance procedures and expanding supporting operational evidence.
Compliance and Ethics - 50%
The assessment identified only one significant compliance gap.
According to the report, Aveade demonstrated a strong overall compliance profile, with the primary recommendation being the development of a formal Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.
The programme noted that addressing this single item would substantially strengthen the company's compliance position.
