Mastering the Digital Frontier: Aveade’s Record FY2026 Proves the Power of Organic Growth

Following the release of its FY2026 Annual Financial Report, Aveade has highlighted the leadership core responsible for achieving a landmark 11:1 liquidity ratio and a 140% surge in inventory capacity. As the Group opens its $2M Seed Round, the spotlight falls on a "Triple-Threat" leadership structure that combines visionary software engineering, high-level operational strategy, and rigorous logistics execution.

The visionary Hasane Mathe (Founder, CEO & CTO) is the architect of Aveade’s "Infrastructure Sovereignty." By leading the development of the proprietary Aveade Pay gateway and the Agentic AI framework, Hasane has built a defensible technical ecosystem that has capitalized over R1.7M in in-house IP and generated over R1.43 million in revenue through high-margin technological efficiency. His dual role as CEO and CTO utilising Agentic AI and Automation, ensures that every line of code written directly serves the Group’s bottom line, which saw a 38% revenue increase for 2026 financial year end.

The Group's strategist and Chief Operating Officer, Susan Naki oversees the strategic expansion of the marketplace, having successfully grown the merchant network from 35 to 60 stores in just twelve months. Her leadership has maintained a 95% gross profit margin on marketplace transactions, proving that Aveade’s model is not just scalable, but exceptionally profitable.

The Group have a standard ensuring execution is meet across it's department by using intelligent KPI monitoring system. Yolande Phillips, The Group's Operations Manager, managed the physical "rails" of the Aveade ecosystem. In FY2026, she achieved a monumental operational feat by tripling the Group's inventory to R894,769 without increasing debt. Yolande’s management of Shipmate, the Group’s logistics arm, resulted in a 68% gross profit margin, demonstrating a mastery of supply chain efficiency that is rare in the African e-commerce landscape.

A Foundation of Financial Discipline The Group’s current fiscal strength, including the settlement of over R270,000 in legacy obligations, was built on five years of disciplined management. While the current leadership team drives the future, the Group acknowledges the foundational financial architecture established between 2021 and 2026 by the Group's CFO Peter Mogadima.

The Path to $2M is to ensure The Group's exacution plan are implemented without losing the current momentum that has been established. The Group is on a path of scaling it's digital ecosystem and operations with a "lean and clean" balance sheet and a fully functional fintech stack, the team is now focused on the commercial rollout of Aveade Pay, and Aveade POS, which forms part of the broader Aveade ecosystem to external B2B partners with future plans of scaling in the Global space.
